Katrina provides group, private, or semi-private belly dance instruction and classes and is also available to teach belly dance workshops. Studying the art of belly dance provides a total body workout that tones and improves muscle awareness, posture, balance, and poise. Belly dance classes bolster confidence and body image, encourage individual creativity, and will have you leaving class with a sense of joy and community.
